Since I began studying Shindo, my life has undergone a profound transformation. Initially, I turned to Shindo because of a lower back injury I had suffered. Although the injury wasn’t severe at the time, it left my lower back in constant discomfort. The pain persisted daily, and even hospital examinations couldn’t identify the problem. Over time, the pain grew worse. I endured it quietly for ten years, with no real solution.
Then one day, I came across Mr. Way Sun online. He mentioned that he had mastered ancient methods of body self-healing, and claimed that many physical conditions could be healed through these techniques. That gave me hope. I decided to take it seriously and enrolled in Shindo, wishing it could help my back.
To my surprise, what I encountered was not just a method—it was a vast, integrated system. From physical health, to emotional balance, to mental clarity, Shindo offers a comprehensive and multidimensional healing system for the human body, leaving no corner untouched.
Of course, I began by addressing my physical pain. I practiced the body self-healing techniques taught by Mr. Way Sun every day. At first, I didn’t feel much improvement, but I believed in the method. Mr. Sun had explained the principles behind it with such clarity that I chose to persist. After six months of consistent practice, something remarkable happened—one day, I realized that my back no longer hurt when I walked.
Curious to verify the effect, I stopped practicing for a few days. The pain returned. That’s when I knew it was working. So I resumed the exercises, and the pain disappeared again—though it still came and went. By the ninth month, the pain was completely gone. Even when I stopped practicing, my back remained pain-free.
Through my continued commitment, I completely eliminated my lower back pain. Naturally, this gave me even more confidence in the healing method I was practicing. I’ve continued to train every day, and my body has become stronger and healthier—with many positive changes. In fact, I feel much better now than I did ten years ago.
Another significant change came from within—it was a shift in my emotional state, which is part of what is called Micro-Body Psychology. After learning this system, I finally understood that my past issues—frequent anger, emotional outbursts, and constant inner distress—were actually symptoms of imbalances in my Micro Body.
By applying the professional healing methods from Micro-Body Psychology, I gradually achieved a state of inner calm, peace, and joy. I no longer experience those old patterns of frustration or emotional suffering. The difference is profound.
I’ve also made major progress in mental clarity and life understanding, which relates to Shindo Life Management Science. I’ve gained deep insights and developed greater wisdom, but I’ll save that part of my story for another time.
