Ever since I began studying Shindo, I’ve changed—completely. In the past, I was always anxious and lost. My relationship with my family was strained. The pressure of life and the uncertainty of the future weighed on me like a stone on my chest—I could barely breathe. I felt disconnected from the world and had a hard time making peace with myself.
Shindo was like a warm light that gently illuminated my path. For the first time, I saw clearly: the world runs by its own universal laws, and both suffering and joy arise from true causes. Slowly, I began to apply these codes of life to face my challenges and adjust my mindset. Life didn’t transform overnight, but day by day, it began to change for the better.
What impacted me most was my relationship with my parents. We used to barely talk. Deep down, I felt unsafe—always sensitive and guarded. But after learning Shindo, I started to understand the logic behind their behavior. I began to see what was right and what needed change. I also took the first step to show them care. To my surprise, that small shift brought us much closer. Later, my parents also started exploring Shindo, and over time, our family became more connected, more loving—without us even trying too hard.
Studying Micro-Body Psychology taught me what real love is. It’s not about taking or depending on others. It’s about first becoming whole within yourself—and then, from that fullness, learning to give. A person with an abundant inner world no longer fears loss, and instead, gains the strength to love deeply.
One metaphor in Shindo really stayed with me: “If the land is full of thorns, rather than trying to remove them all, why not craft yourself a pair of strong leather shoes?” The world will always have its challenges. But if your mind is resilient and with wisdom, you can walk steadily and far.
What used to upset me for days—now, I can often let go within an hour. Of course, I still face struggles and emotional lows. But now, I no longer fear them—because I know how to find my way back.
Shindo showed me that life can hold infinite possibilities. I’m deeply grateful to have met Mr. Way Sun. His generosity, compassion, and wisdom didn’t just teach me ideas—he showed me how to live them. I hope more people can discover Shindo and let its light enter their lives. Thank you for this encounter.
