I used to be extremely sensitive. During the day, I couldn’t stay at home for long. The sound of traffic outside would make me feel deeply uncomfortable—especially when an ambulance passed by my home, I would feel a tightness in my chest, and panic would start to build.
But after learning Micro-Body Psychology, my inner strength gradually increased. I no longer felt overwhelmed by the noise of passing cars. Whenever I heard them, I would recall the methods taught by my teacher. Through the right practice, I eventually became able to stay at home for long periods, without needing to go out every day like I used to.
Whenever I sensed a panic attack coming, I remembered what my teacher had taught me: when an emotion is about to take over, you must immediately begin the practice. So when I felt that fear rising, I would use awareness to speak gently to my panic. By applying the correct method, the energy behind the fear would dissolve on its own, and the panic wouldn’t break out.
Now, I can stay at home peacefully. I no longer need to escape outside like before. The feeling of panic has greatly decreased. And even when it does occasionally arise, I’m able to meet it with the right understanding and practice—and it quickly fades away.
