Mr. Way Sun Awarded “Excellent Leadership Award” by Malaysian Royalty and Cambodian Senior Ministers, Appointed as APC International Chairman and Head of Education 3.0 Committee

On August 15, 2025, Mr. Way Sun, renowned education innovator and founder of the Shindo Life Management Academy, was recognized at the 22nd Asia Pacific Entrepreneur NOBEL Records Award ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This major event brought together over 1,200 high-level attendees across the Asia-Pacific region, including ministers, industry leaders, and press. Way Sun’s contribution to transformative education and personal development was a highlight of the evening.

Organized by the Asia Pacific TOP Excellence Brand Committee (APC), in partnership with key institutions from Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Business World Magazine, this annual event has honored over 780 outstanding entrepreneurs since its inception in 2002. It is widely recognized as one of the region’s most prestigious and influential business accolades.

At this year’s ceremony, Mr. Way Sun, founder of the Shindo Life Management Academy, was conferred the Excellence Leadership award. The honor was presented personally to Way Sun by YM Prof Tengku Jarl Sulaiman, Chairman of the Royal Council of Malaysia, and H.E. Dr. Ly Thuch, Senior Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in recognition of his exceptional contributions in advancing holistic education and personal development in the Asia-Pacific region. 

In addition to receiving the award, Mr. Way Sun was formally appointed as International Chairman of the APC, as well as Chairman of the Education 3.0 Professional Committee. Ms. Angela Huang was concurrently appointed as Secretary-General of the Education 3.0 Committee. These appointments underscore the growing impact and recognition of the Shindo Education System at an international level.

Through its pioneering and systematic life management solutions, Shindo not only empowers individuals to achieve a fulfilling and joyful life, but also addresses the imbalances of modern education. This award and the appointments are not only a strong affirmation of Shindo’s philosophy, but also signal the beginning of a new wave of educational transformation across the Asia-Pacific region—bringing hope and growth to those seeking personal and educational development.

Following the ceremony, Mr. Way Sun gave an in-depth media interview outlining his global vision for Education 3.0. Three-Layer Structure of Human Body

The human body can be understood as a highly sophisticated machine, and the three types of power we possess—body power, intellectual power, and emotional power—are all derived from this remarkable system. Structurally, the body is composed of three layers, moving from the visible exterior to the invisible interior:

  • The Outer Layer: Macro Body
    The Macro Body refers to our physical form. It includes muscles, bones, skin, internal organs, blood, bodily fluids, and the nervous system—everything tangible and measurable. It functions as the hardware of the human system.
  • The Inner Layer: Micro Body
    The Micro Body operates at an ultra-subtle level, beyond the detection of modern instruments. It consists of three essential elements: prana, nadi, and bindu. These serve as the body’s operating system.
  • The Secret Layer: The Mind
    The Mind is even more elusive—it cannot be seen or touched. Yet it governs everything, acting as the driver of the human machine.

From Macro Body, to Micro Body, to the Mind, each layer becomes progressively more refined and intangible. Yet the three are intimately interconnected, constantly influencing one another. Together, they form a dynamic and unified whole, determining the quality and nature of our entire life experience.

The Three-Layer Structure of Human Body

The Three Powers

The level of health in the human body determines the strength of our three powers. These are:

  • Body Power:
    This depends on the health of the Macro Body. A healthy Macro Body can unleash tremendous body power, enabling vitality and physical resilience.
  • Emotional Power:
    This depends on the well-being of the Micro Body. A healthy micro body brings inner joy and activates deep emotional power.
  • Intellectual Power:
    This depends on our understanding of the universal laws and codes of life. By systematically studying the Shindo framework, we can awaken profound wisdom and cultivate clear, rational intellectual power to guide our lives.

Conflict of the Three Powers

An Unhealthy Person

For most people, the Macro Body, Micro Body, and Mind are not in a state of health.

  • Unhealthy Macro Body (Distorted Body Source Code)
    Our physical bodies are burdened by relentless work and life stress. Many suffer from chronic illnesses or exist in a state of sub-health.
  • Unhealthy Micro Body (Distorted Emotion Source Code)
    An unhealthy Micro Body results in the accumulation of negative emotions and inner distress, manifesting in conditions such as anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders.
  • Unhealthy Mind (Distorted Mind Source Code)
    Over time, we have been conditioned by wrong thoughts and distorted patterns of thinking. These flawed mental habits block our ability to see clearly and make wise decisions.

In summary, our experience of outer suffering and inner suffering stems from issues within all three layers—the Macro Body, the Micro Body, and the Mind.

The Conflict of the Three Powers

An unhealthy human system and distorted Life Source Codes prevent the three powers from working in harmony. This inner fragmentation is one of the core reasons why many of our efforts in life do not lead to success:

  • Body Power — Tendency Toward Laziness
    The body naturally resists effort and craves comfort. In more severe cases, it may be overwhelmed by illness or fatigue, leaving us powerless. Even when our intellect knows what to do, the body simply cannot cooperate.
  • Emotional Power — Distress in the Heart
    Negative emotional experiences create conflict between intellect and emotion. Rationally, we may understand the value of a task, but emotionally, we resist it—we just don’t feel like doing it.
  • Intellectual Power — Wrong Thinking in the Mind
    When we do not understand the universal laws and source codes of life, we are left in the dark, making wrong choices on life’s most important decisions. This results in repeated outer suffering.

Because these three powers are not integrated, the body resists, the emotions reject, and the intellect misleads—causing our energy to be wasted through internal friction. Instead of working together, they drain one another.

Integration of Three Powers

A Life Changing Theory

This is one of the core theories of Shindo—the Integration of Three Powers. If we wish to create real transformation in anyone’s life, we must simultaneously work on three interconnected dimensions: rational thought, emotional feeling, and physical sensation.

  • Activate Emotional Power
    Emotional power—our inner emotional experience—is the strongest and most influential of the three. We must begin by ensuring that our heart genuinely wants to act.
  • Activate Body Power
    The body must also feel good about the action.
  • Activate Intellectual Power
    The mind must clearly understand the reasoning. Rationally, we must see the value and necessity of taking action.


Only by eliminating the internal conflict among these three forces can we achieve true unity of body and mind, live fully in the present moment, and experience inner clarity and joy. When this integration is achieved, our lives begin to transform at the deepest level.

How to Integrate The Three Powers

To activate and unify the three powers within us, we must begin by correcting the distorted source codes. This process is grounded in three of the Five Core Subsystems within the Shindo framework:

  • Micro-Body Psychology:
    This subsystem focuses on correcting the Emotion Source Code, thereby strengthening the Micro Body and activating emotional power.
  • Caring for the Body:
    Here, we work to correct the Body Source Code, restoring vitality and increasing body power.
  • Mind Development:
    This involves correcting the Mind Source Code, refining the wisdom and clarity of the Mind, and thus activating our intellectual power.

三力的来源：人体的三层架构

人体的三层架构

人体可以理解为一个高度精密的机器，而人的三种力量就来源于我们的人体。人体从外到内，其实也有三层的结构，分别是：

  • 外在的层面：宏观身

    宏观身就是我们的身体，包括了筋骨皮，五脏六腑，血液体液，神经系统等有形有相的部分，相当于人的硬件

  • 内在的层面：微观身

    微观身不是靠现代的仪器可以观察得到的，它极其细微，包含了三个组成部分，分别是气、脉和明点，相当于人的操作系统

  • 秘密的层面：心
    心更加看不见摸不着，但是心确主导一切，相当于人体这个机器的驾驶员

宏观身，微观身和心，这三部分由外到内，逐层深入，越来越细微，越来越无形，但三者又互相交融，互相影响，形成一个有机的生命整体，决定了我们所有的生命状态。

人体的健康程度决定了人的三种力量的大小。它们分别是：

  • 身体力：取决于宏观身的健康程度

    健康的宏观身能激发出强大的身体力

  • 感性力：取决于微观身的健康程度

    健康的微观身能让我们内心喜乐，并激发出强大的感性力

  • 理智力：取决于对生命规律的认知程度

    通过系统学习心道体系，就可以激发出强大的智慧和理性力

普通人无法激发出三种力量

不健康的人体

我们一般人在宏观身，微观身和心这三个方面都是不健康的

  • 宏观身不健康（身体源代码出错）

    我们的身体承担着巨大的工作和生活压力，有着各种的病痛，或者是在亚健康状态。

  • 微观身不健康（情绪源代码出错）

    微观身的不健康导致我们心里的负面情绪和烦恼，甚至产生焦虑症，抑郁症等心理疾病。

  • 心不健康（心性源代码出错）

    我们被灌输了很多错误的认知，这导致我们在思想层面形成了很多的错误的认知习性和思维模式。

我们的人生遭受了很多外在的痛和内在的苦，其主要原因就是在宏观身，微观身和心这三方面都出了些问题

三种力的内耗

不健康的人体和错误的生命源代码导致我们的这三种力量不能统一，这也是我们人生很多事之所以不能成功的原因：

  • 身体力——好逸恶劳，疾病缠身

    我们身体的特点就是好逸恶劳，只想躺平；甚至是疾病缠身，力不从心。虽然理智心知道要做什么，但身体就是动不起来。

  • 感性力——感受不好，烦恼入心

    不好的感受会导致理性和感性互相斗争。情绪上就是不喜欢做。

  • 理性力——认知错误，偏见入脑

    我们不懂人生真正的规律到底是什么，重大的人生课题上只能摸着石头过河，导致我们不断遭受外在的痛，整个人生过得一塌糊涂。

由于我们的这三种力量不能统一，身体好逸恶劳，理性和感性互相斗争，三者的能量都互相内耗掉了。

三力合一，点亮生命

改变命运需要三力合一

这就是我们心道的核心理念——三力合一：要想使任何人做出改变，都要从理性思维，内心感受，身体感觉这三个角度同时去改变：

  • 调动感性力
    感性力，也就是我们内心的情绪感受，是三力中最重要和力量最强大的，一定要首先让内心的感受很喜欢去做

  • 调动身体力

    让身体产生好的感受，让它也喜欢去做

  • 调动理性力

    理智上也明白道理，觉得一定要去做

只有消除这三者之间的内耗，才能真正做到身心合一，活在当下，找到内心的清明和愉悦，我们的人生也将会彻底改变。

错乱的源代码导致三力内耗

我们人体的三种力的内耗，其主要原因就是在宏观身，微观身和心这三方面都出了些问题，导致各自的源代码发生了错乱：

  • 情绪源代码错乱导致内心烦恼；
  • 身体源代码错乱导致疾病缠身；

  • 幸福源代码错乱导致我们偏见入脑，缺乏智慧。

如何三力合一

而如何提升和统合自我的三种力量，就是要修复错乱的源代码，其理论基础是心道的五大子系统中的三个，分别是：

  • 微观身心理学：修复情绪源代码，提升微观身的力量
  • 善待身体：修复身体源代码，提升身体的力量

  • 心性开发：修复心性源代码，提升心的力量

Life Source Codes

What is a Source Code?

A source code is the underlying operational logic and structural framework of a software system. It is a precise set of instructions that tells the computer how to perform specific tasks.

As users, we only see the surface—the interface of an app or a software program. But hidden beneath that interface lies the true engine of the system: its source code. It is, in a sense, the “invisible hand” behind the scenes, shaping all the software’s behaviors, features, and final outcomes.

The source code is the key to its functionality, maintenance, and future upgrades. If this code becomes distorted or flawed, the entire app will inevitably malfunction. And to fix it, the only real solution is to correct the source code at its core.

Life's Source Codes

Just like software, our lives are governed by source codes. Every thought we think, every choice we make, and every action we take—none of it is random. Behind it all lies a set of operational logic and inner rules that guide how we function. The only problem is: most of us are completely unaware of this deeper system.

These are what we call the Life Source Codes. Specifically, they include four fundamental codes:

  1. The Happiness Source Code
  2. The Emotion Source Code
  3. The Body Source Code
  4. The Mind Source Code


We’ve developed a complete course system. These programs are designed to guide you in revealing these four Life Source Codes and more importantly, in correcting the ones that have become distorted.

Only by repairing these foundational codes can we step into a life that is truly joyful and fulfilled.
